# How do I remove the border from the Embeddable vanilla components?

If you want to change anything relating to the CSS of our vanilla components you can do so in the [index.css file](https://github.com/embeddable-hq/vanilla-components/blob/main/src/components/vanilla/index.css) in the components folder.

You can also remove the classNames inside the component itself ([line 9 in the Bar Chart for example](https://github.com/embeddable-hq/vanilla-components/blob/main/src/components/vanilla/charts/BarChart/BarChart.emb.ts))
